Electronic Return ( e – Income Tax Return) has to be filed for Income Tax assesse if Income exceeds Rs 10,00,000/- during previous year 2011-2012.
Exemption from Filing Income tax Return for assessment year 2012-13 , If your Income includes:
- only Salary income from one employer and salary income doesnot exceeds Rs 5,00,000/-.,and
- includes saving bank interest up to Rs 10,000.
