    Sir,
    It is big problems for aged people above 58 year old people in India and the per view of Bank loan. Question is :-
    (a) The person served 57 years to Govt and retired with pensionable age if he desires to buy house or plot to build a house bank is not allowing loan on the base of pension or his property.
    (b) Individual has no source of income or wife in this case Govt needs to do favour and make some rule for bank loan.
    (c) Senior citizen are well care of India, tax exemption,why individual is not permitted to have loan from Bank for their peaceful life whose relatives or near or dear do not care them. Govt needs to revive the policy for old aged people particularly on bank loan. Time to time every policy is being revised for betterment, this bank loan policy must be revised for 58 years and above people. Thanks,

    Should we not exempt Corporation and Municipal taxes to avoid double taxation > For HUF and Joint Holders it may be as per a pre defined formula. Kindly consider.

      Yes it is compulsory to file income tax return if income is above basic emeption limit ie Rs 2 lac for year ending mar 13.

    I want doing business and in five star hotel I would get please per month 55000 rent pay and my things all handicrafts,something no tax pashmina,so I might be start in gurgaon is I have must take first tin number or I can pay with my pan card and I don’t know I go profile or loss and isn’t I must pay to lawyer fees,can I do myself without lawyer and isn’t for tin number must two granted persons who has tin no. Or I have deposit amount!
